How to write great interview questions

I’m going to build this out, but here are a few key points:

• Find their journey - linkedin is a great place for this. 

• Identify pivot points in their journey, find out how they chose to go in one direction or another. 

• Find out how skills in one area of life informed choices or tasks later on. 

• Ask them about stories they might want to share - listen to the answers.
